Professional Experience: I began my real estate career in 1998 as an appraiser and obtained my sales license in 1999. In 2001 I received my Broker's license and opened a small sales and consulting office which I operated until May 2010. My experience has allowed me to view real estate from a unique prospective; I've studied conservation easements and undivided fractional interests, I've conducted mineral surveys and facilitated 1031 exchanges (including the exchange of a contract for deed), I have provided expert testimony in a number of interesting real estate disputes and analyzed development projects. I've also represented buyers and sellers in commercial, residential and land transactions ranging from under $100,000 to multiple millions.

Education: Most of my useful education is the product of my own mistakes or the mistakes of others. While I possess a Bachelor of Science degree in business management I am proudest of my achievements as a father and husband.
