Painted Hills sits just outside of town to give you a country feel but you are minutes from downtown Bozeman. It’s proximity to Kagy also makes it quick to get to MSU, the Museum of the Rockies and many Bozeman schools.
The lots in Painted Hills are spacious as are the homes. Classic architecture can be found throughout this high-end subdivision. The views of the Bridgers are big from Painted Hills.
This neighborhood consists of only single family homes. There is an active HOA, covenants and home owner dues.
Triple Tree Ranch
Triple Tree Ranch is one of Bozeman’s premier neighborhoods. Featuring large, custom homes on big lots and parcels of land with outstanding views of mountains and the valley. It is a short drive from Hyalite Canyon and Triple Tree Trail runs along the edge of the neighborhood. This is country living, but it is a short drive to Bozeman.
The neighborhood consists of all single family, large, custom homes. The lots are all at least one acre and many are much larger. There is a HOA, Covenants and association fees.
Right in the foothills of the Gallatin Range sits Mystic Heights Subdivision. Close to forest service and easy access to the trails at Kirk Hill and Leverich Canyon.
