Located on the south side of Bozeman, Alder Creek is a great neighborhood with fantastic views, walking trails and a large central park. Alder Creek flows through the heart of the neighborhood.
Centrally located between both Morning Star Elementary School and Sacajawea Middle School, residents can easily access both in minutes through the scenic trails that wind through the neighborhood.
The architectural designs in Alder Creek are modern homes designed with family living as the main focus. Alder Creek has a HOA with $60/quarter dues as well as covenants enforced through the HOA. Located just minutes from Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies, Alder Creek also boasts easy access to a number of outdoor recreation areas as well as many hiking trails and ski areas in and around Bozeman.
This neighborhood features many contemporary, custom homes. The subdivision has only single family homes and is in close proximity to both Morning Star Elementary and Sacajawea Middle School. It is also near S. 19th and S. 3rd making it easy to get to MSU, Hyalite Canyon and downtown Bozeman.

Westfield is an established neighborhood on Bozeman’s south side. It is near S.3rd making it easy to get to MSU, the Museum of the Rockies and downtown Bozeman. It is near both Sacajawea Middle School and Morning Star Elementary. It is within close proximity to S. 19th making it easy to get to Hyalite Canyon and all it has to offer.
The homes in Westfield are single family and sit on large lots. It is near walking trails. There is a HOA, covenants and has association fees.
This south side neighborhood connects with West Meadows and has approximately 180-homesites. Many of these single family homesites back up to the extensive open space and trail system.
Sundance Springs is in a great location near Morning Star Elementary School and Sacajawea Middle School. It also has easy access to Montana State University and Museum of the Rockies. Hyalite Canyon and all its recreational activities are a short drive away, yet you are still close to town.
